What is NikonClub Rewards?
NikonClub Rewards is specially designed for our members where NikonClub points are exchanged in return for or discounts off items that are available in our Rewards Catalogue.
How do I earn Nikon Club points?
Easy! All you have to do is participate in our online activities. Here is what you earn from our online activities:
- 5 point per day by signing in
- 100 bonus points rewarded to 30 selected members who log in daily
- 10 points by uploading photos into My Nikon Captures (Capped at 10 photos per week)
- 5 points for liking fellow members’ photos. (Capped at 10 likes per week)
- 100 points if your photo is highly rated and promoted to the Member’s Choice section
- 150 points if your photo is selected as an Editor’s Choice
- 20 points by participating in our photo contests
- 800 points for winning the photo contest
- 500 points for being the runner up for the photo contests
Earn additional points by completing our occasional surveys and polls pop ups. Points earned in individual surveys and polls differ according to the type of survey being carried out.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
Your points will be capped at a maximum 10000 points. In order to earn more points, you will have to make your redemption at the rewards catalogue first.
Do my points expire after a certain time?
Your NikonClub points will not expire. However, it will be capped at a maximum 10000 points. In order to earn more points, you will have to make your redemption at the rewards catalogue first.
How many items can I redeem at one time?
There is no limit on the number of items you can redeem. As long as you have sufficient points, you can redeem as many items as you wish. Specific Terms & Conditions apply.
Where do I collect the item(s) I've redeemed?
Your items are to be collected at the Nikon Showroom which is located at 60 Anson Road, #09-01 Mapletree Anson, Singapore 079914. Approach the Customer Service Officer with all the relevant documents to redeem your item.
How long will my item take to arrive at the Nikon Showroom?
It may take up to 5 working days for your item to arrive at the Nikon Showroom. Your transaction status will be updated once your goods are ready for collection.
I won't be able to collect my item(s) personally. Can I assign someone else to do it instead?
Yes, of course! Please fill in the Authorization Form that was sent along with your collection email to declare that you have authorized another person to collect the item on your behalf. Please provide us with the person’s full name and IC number. The authorized person collecting your item must bring his/her IC along for verification.
The item I've redeemed is faulty. Am I able to get a refund?
We'll gladly replace your faulty item with a brand new one if it is discovered to be faulty within one week from redemption.
